Our first Wild Meadows Summer Camp was two unforgettable days of exploring, creating, and discovering together. Children hunted for fossils with amazing members of the Lancaster Fossil & Mineral Club, learned about volcanoes through hands-on experiments led by environmental scientist Charl du Preez, built fairy villages, watercolored nature, climbed trees, swung in hammocks, splashed through sprinklers, toasted marshmallows over the campfire, and spent countless hours simply playing in the forest. These photos capture just a small glimpse of the friendships, curiosity, and joy that filled our summer.
